Bola has been working in the IT industry for the past 10 years. She has been the Creative Head and Online Strategist at GTECH designs for the past three years and specializes in web design and development techniques, standards and methodology. She takes on the role of consultant and trainer to enable organizations to grow their web strategy and to increase the visibility of their web sites . Her philosophy is that no matter what industry, people focus and communication are key to harnessing strong, working relationships for developing successful online strategies for growth.
Deena Watson 
Deena Watson has a BFA from the University of South Alabama and began her career as a graphic designer. Her career as a design, marketing and communications professional spans more than 15 years. As well as being an accomplished SEO Expert, Deena writes and edits for all manner of communications, from marketing and corporate communications to advertising copy and web content. As a SEO Specialist ,Deena has experience in On-Page optimization, Off -Page optimization, PPC, Link Building, Blogging, Article Marketing and Email Marketing. She has worked with management across a wide range of business interests including Small Businesses, Healthcare, Non-Profit and Commercial. Her diverse experience has taught her the importance of clear, compelling, communications across ALL media and has given her the unique ability to think 'outside the box.'
