HOW TO USE IT
Step 1: Set up an account.
Setting up an account with Canva couldn’t be easier. All you do is enter your name, email address and a password and you’re good to go, or sign up with Facebook or Twitter to make it even simpler.
Step 2: Select your dimensions.
You can choose from the preset dimensions designed specifically for various social media uses. For more options, click the “more” box or start from scratch by creating your own dimensions (shown in the top right corner).
Step 3: Revamp.
Say you’re creating an image for Instagram. Choose a design that you think might suit your needs.
Vibrant colors not your style? Not a problem. Just click what you want to change and alter the coloring. You can even use your own specific brand colors using the color code option.
Then you can change the text, font, size, spacing and basically anything else you want. You can even add your own images using Canva’s free icons and illustrations or upload your own.
In short, Canva has too many fantastic services to fully explain at once. Once you understand the basics, play around with it a little and you’ll be creating beautiful images in no time.
